Energy efficiency with Neff

E-tips

Excellent food storage saves additional energy.
Store sensitive items in the back of the fridge and on lower shelves where the temperature is coldest. By raising the interior temperature slightly, this saves energy. Of course, it's different when the fridge or freezer has VitaFresh®: where fish, meat, cheese, fruits and vegetables can keep for an extended period of time.
Before shopping, lower the fridge temperature.
Before you go shopping, use the "SuperCool" function to lower the temperature in your fridge. Your food will then get colder faster. For Neff freezers, the "SuperFreeze" function is even more convenient. Activate the function up to 24 hours before filling the freezer. When the desired temperature is reached, the device automatically reverts to normal operation.
Take full advantage of the variety of programmes available on your dishwasher.
It's always best to run the dishwasher with a full load, but sometimes you'll have to do it when it's half full. In this case, simply press the "Half load" button. This special function reduces water and energy consumption as well as the duration of the cycle.
