Have recently purchased a Neff double oven U15E42 and am wondering if you could give me some guidance on usage as I have never cooked with an electric oven before!
With the shelves - should the enamel pan be kept in the oven on shelf 1 at all times or is it OK to remove when using oven?
Had a go at roast potatoes and yorkshire puddings using booklet guide and these seemed to take longer using circotherm than when I cooked with gas - is this normal?

I see you give a method for making yoghurt at 40 degrees because this is the temperature at which you can prove bread. As it is suggested in the instruction manual for my warming drawer that you can prove dough on level 1, I assume that this is also suitable for making yoghurt?

Shelf level 2 gives the Centre oven position for top and bottom/conventional cooking.

How do I know what temperature to use on CircoTherm, as the convenience food I want to heat suggests referring to my instructions?
The conversion chart is a useful guide for temperature selection but as a general rule, use the same time specified but reduce the temperature about 10 C.
