My toad in the hole is flat as a pancake!
I've been using Circo Intensive. Perhaps the fan is moving the air around too much for the batter? Would I be better using top/bottom heat?
So far it's the only thing my Neff doesn't seem to be taking in its stride.

At a Neff demonstration that I attended last year, we were shown how easy it is to cook wonderful bread using a packet mix and the steam oven. Sadly I didn't take down detailed instructions. Could you please send me instructions of what to do once I've mixed and kneaded the dough.
Thank you

Help! its Christmas on Sunday and its still unclear from your answers about using circotherm whether the latest tests suggest turning the turkey crown upside down, and whether to use foil or not. I am getting a stuffed crown to feed about 10, and I had planned to turn it over to keep the meat moist and then turn it back for the last half hour - no foil - cooked at 165. How does that sound? also does it take longer to cook through if it is upside down?

when circo-roasting a turkey do I place it breast up or down. I know the air circulates but I am unsure if it will keep the breast moist if I don't place it in the oven breast down. I would appreciate your advice. Thank you.

Hi, I submitted 3 questions over a month ago and am still waiting to hear. In particular re whether to cover a turkey with foil in the circotherm oven until the last 30 mins. At 2 demos I attended the economists were adamant that you do NOT use foil until the after the turkey has browned and said they would raise this issue with you. Grateful if you could review my previous questions and respond. Only 2 weeks til Christmas!
Many thanks.
