Most of our microwave oven and combination models have automatic defrosting programmes. Popular menus and foods are pre programmed into the oven. All you have to do is put the food in, select the appropriate programme and weight and the appliance will automatically select the correct power level and defrosting time. Always check food is thoroughly defrosted before cooking.
