Fridge & Freezer Integration
For total integration into your kitchen design, there are two types of
appliance door hinges: fixed hinge or sliding hinge. This provides two
straightforward installation options - depending on your preference and the
model being replaced.
Fixed hinge
The benefi ts of this type of hinge are that you can add more weight to the
door, and open it at a larger angle, making access and use easier. The doors
close automatically at an angle of approx 15%. Models in our new Series 5
CoolDeluxe range have the added benefit of SoftClose doors, which ensures
smooth and effortless movement during closure.
Sliding hinge
The hinged furniture door is attached to the appliance with a series of
brackets. As the furniture door opens, the appliance door is opened via the
sliding bracket arrangement. It's best to discuss your needs with a skilled
kitchen fi tter before installation.
