The AquaAssist concept brings two different strands of our expertise neatly together. The idea was born from years of experience in built-in ovens combined with a thorough knowledge of steam cooking. The result is an ingenious method of food preparation, which adds humidity to the cooking process for impeccable results, time after time.
AquaAssist keeps meats tender and juicy, and is ideal for crisping up foods. As well as reducing cooking times, it helps retain food volume, colour and moisture.
Apart from that, our new AquaAssist oven models are based on the tried-and-tested design of our award-winning range, with all the familiar features, settings, and specifications that dedicated Neff users have come to know and love.
So how does it work? There's a small water reservoir on the left-hand side of the oven's controls. A patented twin-pump system pushes the water through stainless steel pipes towards a heater where it's turned into vapour and introduced into the oven cavity via a small opening in the top-left corner. Residual water is then returned to the tank for disposal.
Because the water's always on the move, there's no danger of limescale build-up. And because it's so easy to remove and fill up again, you're always using fresh, clean water for your cooking.
